Do you offer set wedding packages?
Yes — we offer three clear wedding packages, designed to suit different guest numbers and styles of celebration, from intimate weddings to larger guest lists. Our packages keep things simple with transparent pricing and generous portions. Most couples choose our Signature Wedding Package, and we’re always happy to recommend the best option for your day.
Can we book Trina for future years (e.g. 2026 / 2027)?
Yes. We are happy to take advance bookings for future weddings and events. For bookings more than 12 months ahead, prices are provided as guide prices and confirmed closer to the date. Once confirmed within 12 months of your wedding, your price is fixed and will not change.
How far can Trina travel?
Trina is based in Wadebridge and travels across Cornwall. For venues beyond a 10-mile radius, Trina travels by trailer to ensure she arrives safely and in perfect condition. Transport costs are charged at cost only and confirmed clearly in advance.
Do you offer vegan or dietary requirement options?
Yes. We offer a wide range of authentic Italian artisan gelato flavours, including vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options (including cones), so all guests can enjoy a scoop.
How many flavours can we choose?
The number of flavours available depends on the wedding package you choose. Each package includes a generous selection of Italian artisan gelato, and we’re always happy to help you choose flavours that suit your tastes and your guests.
Can we add extra service time or extras?
Yes. Optional extras include additional service time, toppings station, and dog ice cream tubs.
These can be added when booking or discussed closer to your wedding date once your plans are finalised.
Where does Trina fit into the wedding day?
Trina works beautifully during drinks receptions, after the ceremony or as a relaxed dessert option later in the day. We’re always happy to advise on timings based on your plans.
How does the booking process work?
Once you get in touch with your wedding date, venue and approximate guest numbers, we’ll confirm availability and recommend the best package. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send a simple booking form and deposit details to secure your date.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. We do have a minimum booking requirement depending on the size and location of your event. This is always confirmed upfront and clearly included within your quote.
Can guests take photos inside Trina?
Yes. Couples and guests are welcome to step inside Trina briefly for photos. She makes a lovely feature and adds a touch of vintage charm to your wedding memories.
Do you cater for destination weddings in Cornwall?
Yes. We regularly work with couples planning destination weddings in Cornwall and are very happy to make the process stress-free, guiding you through all the details remotely.
Do you cater for events other than weddings?
Yes — while we specialise in weddings, Trina is also available for private celebrations, corporate events, fêtes and fayres. If you’re planning something a little different, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your event.
When do we choose our flavours?
You’re welcome to select your preferred flavours when booking so that we can plan ahead. As flavours can vary seasonally, final flavour selections will be confirmed closer to your wedding date — usually around 8 weeks before the event.
Can we make changes closer to the date?
Yes — we’ll reconfirm final guest numbers, flavours and any optional extras closer to your wedding date, once all details are finalised.
